Excursion to La Gomera from Tenerife
Route
This excursion will leave from the port of Los Cristianos, Tenerife taking the Ferry, Fred Olsen Express, to San Sebastian de La Gomera, port and capital of the Island
Once at this point, in the ascent to the Garajonay National Park begins, a paradise of laurel, nature reserve and World Heritage Site. It will stop in the ‘Mirador of Degollada de Peraza’ where you will have the opportunity to enjoy the panoramic view from the island.
It will continue the journey through ‘La Palmita’, entering directly into the National Park to reach the small villages of Las Rosas and Agulo. There, you will have time for lunch in a typical restaurant where you will hear a live demonstration of Silbo Gomero, known as a peculiar method comunication.
If schedule permits, after lunch know the Visitor Center, where you will have the opportunity to appreciate the Game Balls (closed on Mondays).
The return will be made by the Hermigua Valley to San Sebastián where you can see the last remnants of the historic step of Christopher Columbus before his departure to the Americas with the Torre del Conde and La Casa de Colón.
