Description
Camel center has 25 years of care and experience in the breeding of camelids. We are located north of the island of Tenerife, in the municipality of El Tanque. Our mission is to entertain our visitors with camel rides and simultaneously display our Canarian landscape, cuisine and culture.
Discover our park, a sample of autochthonous animal species such as the Canarian goat, the sheep, as well as Ponies, Donkeys and Camels. In the park there is native flora of the upper area of Tenerife and in a walk you can see these specialties. Once finished the tour you can choose to taste the typical food of the Canary Islands, the Gofio, the wrinkled potatoes, the wine of the area, fish and succulent meats in our Restaurant (price not included in the excursion). Do not forget to take a souvenir and a photo frame with a personal photo of your stay and stay with us. Courage and come to know us.
To start the Camel ride we will have to access the saddle area. Our guides will help you climb and take all the precautionary measures. Once all the Camels are ready to march, we begin the tour of our natural space. We will observe autochthonous animal species such as the Canarian goat, the pelibuey sheep apart from Ponys, Burros and Camels. In the park there is native flora of the high area of Tenerife and in a walk you can see these specialties.
