After the sun goes down savor a cocktail dinner at the base of the peak of Teide with a selection of traditional gourmet including skewers of meat known as Carne Fiesta, potatoes served with a variety of Canarian Mojosauces, local soft and hard cheeses, almogrote pate and traditional desserts accompanied by wines from the island.
Stargazing
The Teide National Park provides the ideal conditions to stargaze. After dinner, map out the stars with the help of expert astronomers who will provide you with in depth information about the fascinating world of the night sky.
With long range telescopes you can view the most distant constellations and planets, such as Saturn, Jupiter and its moons or the craters of our own Moon.
