Description
Departure from Puerto de la Cruz, heading to the Teide National Park and climb up the various rural areas of the municipality of the Orotava. All through woodland Orotava Valley, photo stop on the ‘Margaret Stone’, and the viewpoint, before arrive to the Teide National Park.
Then visit White Mountain (located 2373 meters high), ‘Piedra Pomez’, La Ruleta, Los Roques de García, El Mirador Del Llano Ucanca, down to Boca Tauce, Chio, Guia de Isora with its steep land due to the volcanic activity that exists in that area. Excursion will include a brief stop at the viewpoint of ‘Pico Viejo’ to enjoy wonderful views will take place, and if the weather conditions allow, you can see the islands of La Gomera, La Palma and El Hierro.
Once in the municipality of Guia de Isora, cross the neighborhood of Arguayo. After that, we will arrive in the municipality of Santiago del Teide, Mirador Cherfe and descent to the hamlet of Masca (located in the Teno Rural Park), where we will enjoy free time . After that, we will departure by road to El Palmar (Buenavista), in order to reach the town and port of Garachico with time to visit the old town. Then we head to the town of Icod, to visit the Millennium Drago.
Back to Puerto de la Cruz, bordering the municipalities of San Juan de la Rambla and Realejos.
